You will partner with the Production Training Lead and Talent Acquisition to hire, develop, and empower Beta’s next generation of technicians, contributing to a culture of curiosity and impact.

Qualifications

• Administer technical interviews to evaluate candidate skills.
• Customize onboarding programs to fit production needs.
• Deliver hands-on technical training for new technicians.
