Beta Technologies is seeking a Manufacturing Training Partner to bridge Team Operations, Training, and Production, ensuring seamless new-hire integration on the production floor. You will help tailor onboarding and deliver practical, hands-on training to build a capable, safety-minded workforce.

You will partner with the Production Training Lead and Talent Acquisition to hire, develop, and empower Beta’s next generation of technicians, contributing to a culture of curiosity and impact.
