This hands-on role supports production during critical periods and reinforces safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED, 1 year of related experience (2 years preferred), and proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel, Power BI, and training tools such as ABIs and VKS.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related experience required; 2 years preferred.
• Inline Trainer should have prior experience as peer trainer or mentor.

Responsibilities

• Reinforce training to ensure competency and zero defects.
• Train quality, operational, technical, environmental, health, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with production lead to meet productivity goals.
• Demonstrate knowledge of equipment operations and SOPs, ABIs, VKS Guides.
• Conduct on-the-job training for core functional operations.
