Job summary

Plexus Corp. in Nampa, ID seeks an Onboarding Specialist to train and mentor manufacturing associates, enforce training standards, and support rapid time-to-competency for new hires. The role covers onboarding, safety, and continuous improvement across shifts.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, 1 year of related experience, and familiarity with Google Workspace, Excel, and Power BI. Flexible to overtime and varied shifts is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related experience required; 2 years preferred.
• Experience as a peer trainer or mentor is preferred.
• Experience with manufacturing processes and equipment is a plus.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Outlook, Word and Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reinforce training to ensure associates perform trained tasks independently with zero defects.
• Train quality, operational, technical, environmental, health, and safety standards; escalate issues.
• Work with the production group lead to meet productivity goals for each product.
• Demonstrate knowledge of ABIs, SOPs, EOIs, WIs and related instructions.
• Conduct on-the-job training to ensure competency in core tasks.
• Coordinate candidate onboarding and orient new hires to culture and safety.
