Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related experience required; 2 years preferred.
• Inline Trainer should have prior experience as a peer trainer or mentor and be viewed as a role model.

Responsibilities

• Reinforce training to ensure competency and zero defects.
• Train quality, operational, technical, environmental, health, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the production lead to meet productivity goals.
• Demonstrate knowledge of equipment operations, ABIs, VO/Guidebooks, SOPs, EOIs, and WIs.
• Conduct on-the-job training for core functional tasks.
