Job summary

Klöckner Pentaplast Europe GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a Training Administrator to manage new hire and annual training, plus related clerical duties tied to training and organizational development programs.

You will lead safety, quality, and Lean manufacturing training, maintain training records, schedule sessions, and support the Apprenticeship program while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s Degree is preferred.
• Five to eight years of related experience and/or training; supervisory/leadership experience in plastics/polymer manufacturing is an asset.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP and BDE is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead new hire and annual training programs, and manage training administration tasks.
• Coordinate safety, quality and Lean manufacturing trainings (5S, OSHA, IMS) and organize materials.
• Administer training records and a training matrix to track progress and compliance.
• Schedule trainings, coordinate instructors, and distribute instructional materials.
