Job summary

You will partner with managers to develop programs, assess needs, plan sessions, and supervise training staff, while managing budgets and maintaining records. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and experience in training, with LMS proficiency and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, education, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in training and development, ideally in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated organizational and leadership abilities.
• Ability to assess training needs and develop learning solutions.
• Proficiency with learning management systems and training evaluation tools.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to develop and implement training programs.
• Identify training needs via assessments, performance reviews, and feedback.
• Collaborate with department leaders to set training priorities and goals.
