Manage a cross-functional team within the specific industrialization expertise domains to achieve project KPIs (assembly, test, quality, project management, product cost, fabricated parts). Lead team through all phases of project implementation: identify project charter and project initiation; set clear project scope, Gantt Chart, schedule, and risk management through planning phase; lead execution phase while considering safety, quality, assembly, and forecast to cover customer needs; and address project closure and handoff. Monitor the performance of the team through KPIs related to time to market, project cost, and quality. Drive a systematic process to evaluate best solution for optimized CAPEX, OPEX, quality targets, industrial footprint and supply chain flows. Align with the Global Supply Chain (GSC) requirements such as Schneider Production System (SPS) and Smart Factory. Deliver the mandatory requirements defined by GSC Strategy and performance global team. Be involved with development of industrial footprint and strategy within the business unit. Help align new product development launches with the industrial strategy for the plant. Develop their team according to the competency strategy linked to technologies and innovations. People development includes technical skills, soft skills and personal development skills. Ensure the successful ramp-up and transfer to the plants through definition of welcoming expectations, training and post launch support to achieve the agreed upon metrics prior to project close. Align with other Industrialization functions across all the business units teams and worldwide regions for best practices and standardization opportunities.
Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Five (5) years of progressive, post-bachelors experience inindustrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, production management,or related occupation. Work experience to include: End-to-end manufacturing process and systems including: production floor mapping, SAP, LDS, and Symmetry; Managing key elements of production including: parts, line architecture, work instructions, and quality systems; Cross functional issue resolution utilizing tools including: SIM, Andon, and Symmetry; and One Shuttle, PFMEA, PFEP, and PPAP.
