Job summary

Medix in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, seeks a Training Specialist to lead hands-on training for electromechanical assembly on the production floor. You will train new hires, support cross-training, ensure SOPs are followed, and help improve production quality and efficiency.

The role requires a strong manufacturing background, leadership, and the ability to serve as a go-to resource for production issues. Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with hourly pay of USD23–USD26.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Hands-on electromechanical assembly experience.
• Experience across multiple assembly and testing processes in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Train new hires and current employees on assembly processes, testing procedures, and daily production tasks.
• Provide hands-on coaching and feedback to ensure tasks are performed correctly.
• Ensure SOPs, GMP guidelines, safety requirements, and quality standards are followed.
