Job summary

Agropur, inc. in Lake Norden, SD, is seeking an Operations Training Manager to drive site-wide training initiatives and advance manufacturing excellence.

You will lead a local training team, align with global roadmaps, and implement digital learning tools to enhance accessibility and traceability. The role requires a minimum of five years in learning and development with manufacturing training experience; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
• Minimum five (5) years of learning and development/employee engagement experience required.
• Manufacturing training experience required.
• Food Manufacturing training experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and operationalize site-wide production training strategy to support manufacturing excellence.
• Collaborate with corporate teams to deliver training on Health & Safety, Quality, Operations, Compliance, and Operational Excellence.
• Operationalize the local E&T pillar roadmap in collaboration with global leadership.
• Develop procedures and structured training programs aligned to global operations and plant goals.
• Coordinate with Plant Leadership, Human Capital and Operational Functions to align local training strategy.
• Oversee local execution of training programs and ensure operators are fully trained and capable.
• Build and coach a high-performing local training team.
• Deploy digital learning tools to enhance accessibility and optimize content and learning management.

Education
