Job summary

Agropur Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Quality Operations in Le Sueur, MN to lead quality strategy, programs, and compliance across 3–5 manufacturing sites. You will drive CAPA, audits, and cross-functional collaboration with plant leadership and the Quality function.

The role emphasizes building a strong quality culture, establishing KPIs, and prioritizing food safety with HACCP, SQF, and GMP expertise. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science and Technology or related field.
• Equivalent education/experience may be considered.
• Minimum five (5) years in quality control or food production.
• Minimum three (3) years in the dairy industry.
• Knowledge of SQF, HACCP, GMP and food safety regs.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and continuous improvement of quality systems across multiple sites.
• Monitor quality performance indicators and food safety risks.
• Oversee investigations, CAPA, and communication with leadership.
• Develop and maintain robust quality programs and documentation.
• Provide technical quality expertise to prevent or address trends.
• Support training in GMP, HACCP, and SQF practices.
