Job summary

Elanco, a global leader in animal health, is seeking an Operations Training Coordinator to support manufacturing teams by coordinating the learning program for new and existing employees. This role emphasizes planning, training delivery, and data-driven administration within the Learning Management System.

You will lead trainers with operations, monitor onboarding KPIs, and help develop curricula while ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent in a regulated environment.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a regulated setting with LMS data management.
• Proficiency in SuccessFactors and MS Office with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead Trainer by partnering with operations supervisors to build training plans.
• Monitor onboarding progress and KPIs to ensure competency and readiness.
• Develop curricula and manage training documentation submission to Learning team.
• Promote safety and quality throughout the training process.
