Job summary

Gerresheimer Morganton seeks a Manufacturing Technical Training Developer to design and maintain engaging training materials for production staff. The role partners with HR, Production, Quality, Engineering, and Operations to convert processes into clear, standardized learning resources, including SOPs, job aids, and digital content.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical writing and multimedia skills with project management and collaboration abilities to build a robust training library

Qualifications

• Experience creating training materials in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical writing and process documentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex processes into clear training content.
• Experience producing instructional videos and visuals.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training platforms.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Observe and document manufacturing processes across production departments.
• Develop standardized training programs for production roles.
• Create step-by-step work instructions, SOPs, visual job aids, process maps, and training manuals.
• Translate complex manufacturing processes into easy-to-follow instructional content.
• Ensure all materials reflect current best practices and standardized work.
• Capture and edit instructional videos and photographs.
