Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Instructional Design, Manufacturing Technology, Communications, Education, Human Resources, Technical Writing, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent manufacturing experience with strong training and multimedia skills will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop standardized training programs for production roles.
• Create step-by-step work instructions, SOPs, visual job aids, process maps, and training manuals.
• Translate complex manufacturing processes into easy-to-follow instructional content.
• Ensure materials reflect current best practices and standardized work.
• Capture and edit instructional videos and photographs.
• Upload, organize, and maintain training content within the LMS or internal platform.
