Job summary

Union Agener is seeking a Manufacturing Training Coordinator in Augusta, GA to design, standardize, and run site training programs. You will lead SME Trainers, drive continuous improvement, and serve as a technical writer for training materials across the facility.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in a regulated process manufacturing environment, strong technical writing skills, and experience with SAP or SESuite.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in developing, delivering, and evaluating workforce training programs.
• Strong ability to translate complex processes into training materials (SOPs, SWIs, investigations).
• Excellent communication and coaching skills for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Create, update and distribute SOPs and training modules to manufacturing personnel.
• Onboard new operations personnel; assess needs and validate competencies.
• Maintain communication with Operations managers to enforce protocols and standards.
• Facilitate Train-the-Trainer programs for Supervisors and SMEs.
• Identify training gaps and drive CI initiatives and process improvements.
• Support deviation investigations and CAPA with technical writing.
