Qualifications

• Proficiency with CAD and MS Office Suite required; ability to interpret drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Interpret customer and internal drawings, specifications, processes and procedures; update manufacturing and tooling plans.
• Provide production support for new program introduction and ramp-up.
• Lead or support capital projects and process improvements; perform ROI analyses.
• Mentor Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt candidates and drive root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with design and manufacturing to ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
• Support safety, environmental programs and regulatory compliance.
