Job summary

MIRATECH Corporation is seeking an experienced Corporate Trainer to design and develop technical and mechanical training content for its manufacturing sites and MIRATECH U initiative. You will translate expert knowledge into structured curricula and hands-on instructions for engineers, technicians, and skilled trades across sites.

You will own the MIRATECH U onboarding curriculum, partner with site HR, and build a scalable content library.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in instructional design, organizational development, HR, or education.
5+ years corporate training, instructional design, or L&D experience.
Experience building training content from the ground up and with train-the-trainer models.
Excellent written and verbal communication with strong curriculum development skills.

Responsibilities

Design technical and functional training curricula for manufacturing, engineering, and operations roles.
Build trainer guides and facilitator materials for consistent delivery.
Develop assessments and reference materials to support skill retention.
Create equipment-based technical training covering mechanical systems and tooling.
Establish content development standards for multi-site consistency.
Own MIRATECH U onboarding curriculum and phased rollout planning.
Partner with site HR and plant leadership to identify content gaps and plan roadmaps.
Identify LMS or content hosting solutions and enable internal SMEs.
