In this role, you’ll own the full training lifecycle for our production workforce: assessing skill gaps, designing and delivering hands-on training for welders and machine operators, and partnering with instructional designers to build structured process documentation and learning materials that stick. You’ll work directly with shop employees to build competency in welding processes (GMAW-P, GTAW, carbon and stainless), machinery operation, and coating, while contributing to SOPs and visual job aids that support long-term workforce development across the facility.
