Dandy is transforming the dental industry with a global training role that builds and updates technical training programs, from onboarding to advanced upskilling. You’ll partner with Instructional Design and operations teams to ensure material stays current and valuable for learners and trainers.

The role emphasizes translating complex topics into practical guidance, with ongoing support for weekend shifts and a focus on scalable, high-quality training in a fast-growing startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Create, streamline and maintain technical training programs from onboarding new hires through to upskilling.
• Collaborate with Instructional Design to keep job aids and e-content up to date.
• Coordinate with operations, quality, and training stakeholders to meet needs.
• Think outside the box to support constant growth.
• Support the mentor program to ensure role success after training.
• Ensure ongoing support for weekend shifts for Provo staff.
