Jabil seeks a Manufacturing/Engineering Trainer to deliver established training programs at the Bryan Dairy Facility – Electronic Division. You will support employee development by ensuring training objectives are met and evaluating outcomes.

You will conduct training on manufacturing and engineering processes, monitor effectiveness, and respond to questions from managers and clients, applying standard procedures across groups.

Conduct established training programs focused on manufacturing and engineering processes. This role supports employee development by delivering effective training and monitoring training outcomes to ensure established programs are achieving their intended objectives.

• Conduct established training programs related to manufacturing and engineering processes.
• Monitor training effectiveness using established evaluation techniques.
• Apply commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the applicable field.
• Present training information effectively and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
