SGX, part of the Propelis Group, invites you to join our Waukesha team as a 3rd shift Manufacturing Trainee. This is a true entry-level role with 100% paid on-the-job training in a climate-controlled facility.

Starting pay is $24.00 per hour total ($23 base + $1 shift differential), with a 6-month raise after a competency assessment. No manufacturing experience required—high school diploma or GED accepted. Equal opportunity employer.

Compensation & Growth

• Starting Pay: $24.00/hour total ($23.00 base + $1.00 shift differential).
• 6-Month Raise: Earn an extra $1.00/hour after a standard competency assessment.

Able to meet physical requirements of the job, including but not limited to

• Lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Infrequent pushing/pulling of cart
• Positioning material with the assistance of carts and overhead cranes
• Standing/walking up to 8 hours per shift
• Vision abilities include close vision in the inspection of the work

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $23 - $24/hourly. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
