Propelis is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Trainee (Machinist) in Waukesha, WI. No experience is required and the role includes fully paid, on-the-job training.

You’ll start on 3rd shift (10:30pm–7am) with a $1/hour shift differential and a $23/hour base pay, with potential 50-cent increases after competency assessments. Training on the 2nd shift for 2–3 months is provided, with growth opportunities based on performance.

This is an entry-level role that requires NO EXPERIENCE in manufacturing.

The starting pay for this position is $23/hour plus $1/hour shift differential. Employees are eligible for two, 50-cent increases over the first year if they pass the competency assessments.

Able to meet physical requirements of the job, including but not limited to

• Lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Infrequent pushing/pulling of cart
• Positioning material with the assistance of carts and overhead cranes
• Standing/walking up to 8 hours per shift
• Vision abilities include close vision in the inspection of the work
