Propelis is expanding our Waukesha team and hiring 3rd shift Production Operators. This is an entry-level role with 100% on-the-job training and no prior experience required in a climate-controlled facility.

Compensation & Growth

Able to meet physical requirements of the job, including but not limited to

• Lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Infrequent pushing/pulling of cart
• Positioning material with the assistance of carts and overhead cranes
• Standing/walking up to 8 hours per shift
• Vision abilities include close vision in the inspection of the work

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $23 - $24/hourly. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
