Job summary

Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, is seeking a Manufacturing Test Technician for our client L3Harris in Henrietta, NY. You will perform RF and digital circuit testing, participate in go/no-go decisions, and collaborate with engineers during setup and calibration.

Ability to stand for the full shift, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential. Training provided with multiple shifts and competitive hourly pay between $18.00 and $24.30.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
• Good hand dexterity, solid computer skills and communication skills.
• Previous QC or Inspection experience; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform circuit card and box level testing on RF/Digital assemblies with go/no-go testing.
• Work with engineers on setup and calibration tasks and perform rework and quality testing.
• Stand for the entire shift and maintain production quality throughout.

Yoh is looking for a Manufacturing Test Technician to join our client L3Harris located in Henrietta, NY.

Estimated Min Rate: $18.00

Estimated Max Rate: $24.30

What You'll Be Doing:

• Technicians will be performing circuit card and box level testing on RF/Digital assemblies. Go no Go Testing.
• Responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies *This job requires you to stand the entire shift

What You Need to Bring to the Table

• Possess a positive attitude and the ability to work in a team environment. Good hand dexterity, solid computer skills and communication skills.
• Previous QC or Inspection experience. Strong attention to detail
• High School Diploma or GED/HSE
• All offers are contingent to passing all pre-employment screenings and drug test.
• 1stShift - Monday - Thursday from 5am-3:30pm @ $18.00 an hour
• 2ndShift - Monday - Thursday from 3:30pm-2am @ $19.80 an hour
• 3rd Shift - Friday, Saturday & Sunday from 6am-6:30pm @ $22.50
• 4th Shift - Friday, Saturday & Sunday from 6pm-6:30am @ $24.30
• Must be able to attend 2 weeks of training Monday -Friday from 7am-3:30pm
