ZT Systems in Secaucus, NJ is seeking an experienced Manager of MFG Test Software & Engineering to lead a cross-functional team responsible for manufacturing test systems and software across the full SDLC.

You will oversee Program Managers and Software Developers, translate requirements into architectures, ensure hardware test scripting standards, and collaborate with test engineers, manufacturing engineers, and IT teams to deliver robust solutions.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have 2–4 years in software development or systems engineering with 3+ years in people management.
• Experience translating business requirements into architectures, processes, and SDLC deliverables.
• Strong knowledge of web front-end and back-end integration with databases (MongoDB).

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team of Program Managers and Software Developers across the SDLC.
• Define architecture diagrams, flows, and system designs in collaboration with tech leads.
• Oversee hardware test systems, test scripts, and production facility software support.
