Job summary
ZT Systems in Secaucus, NJ is seeking a detail-oriented MFG Test Software Technician to support, maintain, and validate AI Server MFG test solutions across production facilities. In this role you will work with software engineers to build robust test infrastructure and ensure adherence to coding standards and design.
You will document procedures, participate in NPI test execution, and may rotate shifts to cover weekend and night validation.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in manufacturing test software development/sustaining.
- Proficiency in Linux commands and Bash scripting.
- Experience managing hardware firmware and driver updates.
- Experience working across multi-site teams and cross-functional groups.
Responsibilities
- Test sustaining: support and maintain MFG test software for server and rack tests across production facilities.
- Documentation: maintain procedures and troubleshooting playbooks for L10/L11 tests.
- NPI execution: run test commands during New Product Introduction and report findings.
- Shift rotation: may rotate shifts during NPI to support weekend/night validation.
- Collaboration: align testing requirements with cross-functional teams.
- Continuous learning: stay updated on testing technologies and best practices.
