Job summary

Zebra Technologies Corporation in Holtsville, NY is seeking a Test System Manager to lead test engineering teams, align manufacturing requirements with product specs, and drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma and Industry 4.0 frameworks.

You will build, mentor, and scale high‑performing teams, define strategic roadmaps for advanced testing, and collaborate with Design Engineering and manufacturing partners to accelerate production, reduce costs, and improve quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in engineering (or equivalent)
• 8+ years with a Bachelor's degree, or 6+ years with a Master's
• Lean Six Sigma experience preferred
• Day Shift: Monday - Friday

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to test engineering teams and manage their budget and resources
• Architect and execute Manufacturing and Test strategies across global partners and centers
• Champion Lean Six Sigma and Industry 4.0 initiatives to improve quality, reduce costs, and shorten cycle times
• Partner with Design Engineering to develop low-cost, scalable manufacturing processes
• Direct rapid-response engineering to resolve escalations and keep critical shipments moving
