Hidden Level Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Manufacturing, Test & Service Engineering to lead the manufacturing, test, installation, service, and repair functions for our RF sensing technology products.

The role emphasizes scaling processes, tooling, and documentation to support production readiness and lifecycle support. The position requires guiding teams, implementing scalable processes, and providing hands-on technical leadership when needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, industrial, or systems engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing/production/service engineering.
• Experience leading engineers in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record transitioning hardware from engineering to production.
• Experience developing manufacturing processes, tooling, and production test methods.

Responsabilidades

• Lead manufacturing engineering for hardware products from NPI to full-rate production.
• Own manufacturing readiness and production engineering for new products, revisions, and changes.
• Develop, maintain, and improve manufacturing processes, routings, and work instructions; partner with Development Engineering.
• Support DFx reviews and ensure documentation, tooling, and training before production release.
• Drive capacity planning, takt time, cycle time, and process constraints in collaboration with Supply Chain.
