You will translate customer and market needs into product priorities, lead cross‑functional teams from concept through production, deployment, and sustainment, and ensure offerings deliver differentiated value while remaining manufacturable, testable, reliable, and well aligned with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical or management field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Experience translating operational needs into clear requirements and product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities for RF sensor products.
• Engage customers, operators, and internal stakeholders to understand missions, workflows, and unmet needs.
• Partner with Sales and Growth to align customer needs with technical and business objectives.
• Turn priorities into executable plans with Engineering to deliver capabilities on schedule and within budget.
• Represent Hidden Level in customer, partner, and industry engagements with clear communication of capabilities and direction.
