Job summary

Hidden Level Inc. is seeking a Production Test Engineer to design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes across the product lifecycle. The role is onsite in East Syracuse, NY, with responsibilities spanning test plan development, fixture qualification, and production support.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in manufacturing, strong MATLAB/Python skills, and experience with RF and digital PCBA testing. Travel up to 10% may be required; a BS in Electrical Engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (Electrical preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or related environment.
• Proficiency in MATLAB and Python scripting.
• Ability to read and navigate mechanical CAD drawings, 3D models, and schematics.
• Experience with testing RF and digital PCBA assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads PCA and system-level test plans and fixtures.
• Provides troubleshooting and technical support for production activities.
• Develops and maintains manufacturing work instructions and processes.
• Analyzes processes and data to identify root causes and implement improvements.
• Qualifies test fixtures and equipment to meet requirements.
• Utilizes lean principles to improve productivity and reduce cost.
• Coordinates new product releases with cross-functional teams.
• Performs time studies and estimates manufacturing costs.
