Job summary

Brembo in Homer, Alaska, seeks a seasoned manufacturing engineer to coordinate new program launches from design to production, including design reviews, line layouts, capital procurement, and tooling setup. You will train operators, interface with customers and suppliers, and establish inventory levels for cutting tools and perishable items.

You will apply GD&T, CNC programming, CAD/CAM, and lean methods to improve processes, reduce scrap, and meet production metrics.

Qualifications

• Coordinate new program launches from design to production.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to meet metrics (TRS, Scrap, Process Capability).
• Create and maintain process documentation and tooling instructions.
