Job summary

Brembo is seeking a capable professional to coordinate new program launches from design through to launch in a manufacturing environment. You will manage design, line layouts, procurement, and training, while interfacing with customers and suppliers as needed.

You will also improve operations by developing and troubleshooting processes to meet metrics, supporting operators, and leading cross-functional initiatives. Strong documentation skills and GD&T proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating new program launches from design to launch.
• Ability to create and maintain process documentation with tooling instructions and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new program launches from design to launch, including design, line layouts, capital procurement, and training.
• Develop and troubleshoot manufacturing processes to meet or exceed metrics; provide operator support to identify root causes.
• Create clear process documentation and communicate customer requirements; apply GD&T to product documentation.
