Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Manufacturing Technician B for the Salt Lake City site. The role manufactures electromechanical assemblies and CCAs, tests products, and supports production lines with attention to quality and schedule adherence.

Responsibilities include soldering, handling torques tools, reading drawings, and participating in continuous improvement. The position may require OT and weekend hours to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0-2 years of prior related experience.
• Ability in multiple electronics manufacturing processes, including soldering, torque tools, and ESD practices.
• Ability to work from engineering drawings and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Manufactures electromechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies following specifications.
• Performs soldering, torque tool operation, and testing of CCAs and components.
• Sets up manufacturing apparatus and follows procedures and cycles.
• Works from written and verbal instructions and blueprints.
• Works in team or individually with minimal supervision.
• Participates in continuous improvement activities in test and manufacturing.
• Supports OT as needed to meet schedules.
• Performs other responsibilities as assigned.
