Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required; 6 years of manufacturing experience or an Associates degree with 2+ years relevant experience.
Experience troubleshooting complex mechanical or electronic assemblies.
Ability to work with technical data and manufacturing software.

Responsibilities

Perform setup, assembly, rework, troubleshooting, and testing on parts and assemblies per work instructions.
Use software tools to collect and evaluate operating data and adjust products or equipment.
Assist in developing manufacturing methods to improve quality and efficiency.
Resolve issues during routine production with sound judgment.
Share expertise and mentor teammates as needed.
