Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 6+ years of manufacturing experience, or Associate's degree with 2+ years of related experience.
• Experience troubleshooting complex mechanical or electronic assemblies.
• Ability to mentor junior technicians and share expertise.
• Familiarity with continuous-improvement methods or process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Perform setup, assembly, rework, troubleshooting, and testing on parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.
• Use advanced software tools to collect and evaluate operating data and adjust products or equipment.
• Assist in developing manufacturing methods and procedures to improve quality and efficiency.
• Resolve issues during routine production with sound judgment.
• Serve as a resource for teammates by sharing expertise.
