Job summary

Dexcom in California is seeking a manufacturing technician to join our innovative team responsible for product builds, equipment setups, changeovers, and pilot manufacturing. You will work with Engineering, Quality, and Equipment teams to drive process improvements and ensure readiness of materials, tooling, and documentation.

The role requires 2–4 years of related experience and a high school diploma. You should be able to interpret engineering study protocols, solve problems, and operate

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of related production experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to interpret engineering study protocols in manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform product builds, equipment setups, changeovers, and shutdowns.
• Execute defined manufacturing processes and approved equipment operations.
• Support build readiness reviews for materials, tooling, equipment, and documentation.
• Participate in pilot manufacturing builds and develop new processes.
• Set up, operate, and maintain manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to identify root causes.
• Analyze process data and monitor KPIs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, and Equipment teams.
• Assist with equipment qualifications (IQs, OQs, PQs).
