Job summary

Dexcom, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Associate 3 to join the production floor and help drive quality, efficiency, and operational excellence.

You will troubleshoot issues, support process improvements, and mentor teammates in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and safety are paramount. You will collaborate with R&D engineers and cross-functional teams to translate designs into build-ready processes, document activities for traceability, and ensure compliant, high-quality

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on assembly and fabrication of prototypes, engineering builds, and clinical builds.
• Interpret and execute complex work instructions and drawings with high accuracy.
• Collaborate with R&D engineers and cross-functional teams to support development and improvements.
• Document build activities, deviations, and observations for traceability.
• Safely operate lab-scale and pilot production equipment following safety standards.
• Conduct in-process inspections and functional testing of prototypes.
• Support root cause investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
• Monitor build progress and communicate issues to stakeholders.
• Provide training and mentorship to manufacturing associates.
