Dexcom Inc. in San Diego, CA is seeking a Manufacturing Technician 2 to join a fast-paced, innovative team focused on CGM production.

You will perform product builds, set up and changeovers of manufacturing equipment, and support pilot manufacturing initiatives to introduce new processes and technologies. You should have 2–4 years of related manufacturing experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills to drive continuous

• Advanced manufacturing and/or pilot build experience.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Quality, and Equipment teams.
• Read and interpret LHRs, MPIs, and engineering study instructions.
• Document troubleshooting activities and build-related issues.

Responsabilidades

• Perform product builds, equipment setups, changeovers, and shutdowns.
• Execute defined manufacturing processes and approved equipment operations.
• Support build readiness reviews ensuring materials, tooling, equipment and documentation are in place.
• Participate in pilot manufacturing builds and contribute to new process development.
• Set up, operate and maintain manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Document updates when equipment or tooling changes are made and communicate to the team.
• Analyze process and production data and monitor KPIs.
