Dexcom is seeking a Manufacturing Technician 2 in San Diego to support pilot production, engineering studies, and process development. You will operate advanced equipment, troubleshoot challenges, and help improve manufacturing methods in a collaborative team environment.

You will work with engineers to execute studies, calibrate equipment, and ensure accurate documentation while following safety and quality standards.

Competenze

• Minimum 2–4 years of related experience in manufacturing, pilot production, or engineering support.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience interpreting engineering study protocols and manufacturing docs is preferred.

Mansioni

• Set up, changeovers, and shutdown pilot production equipment.
• Monitor equipment and adjust process parameters for quality and efficiency.
• Maintain equipment records and assist with validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Support development and improvement of manufacturing methods and procedures.
• Collaborate with engineers on studies, experiments and process evaluations.
