Benchmark is seeking a Manufacturing Technician in Concord, CA. The role focuses on providing and supporting manufacturing equipment, materials, and processes to achieve efficient assembly, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will work with a team to optimize production and support continuous improvement initiatives. Position details: Full-time, Shift 1, M-F 0800-1630, safety-sensitive, 24/7 global operation readiness, and a competitive benefits package including bonus, 401(k), PTO, and

Qualifications

• 2 year Engineering or Technical degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of manufacturing/operations experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain machine programs and profiles for new and existing products.
• Assist in maintaining product routings and drawings for operators.
• Troubleshoot issues and support leadership on process improvements.
• Coordinate with Engineers on problem resolution and testing.
• Participate in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen activities.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
