Role Details

This position reports to a supervisor and involves supporting manufacturing operations, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment, performing maintenance, supporting process improvements, and engaging with our Medical Device Specialists. The role requires working on the production floor and supporting equipment startup/shutdown activities.

Work Mode

This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring at least three days in the office per week.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment and processes using mechanical, electrical, and control knowledge.
• Minimize downtime by identifying and solving process or equipment issues.
• Perform equipment setup, maintenance, and validation.
• Support equipment startups, shutdowns, and safety protocols.
• Develop and modify tooling, fixtures, and equipment.
• Ensure quality compliance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collect data, analyze processes, and support process development and material quality improvements.
• Train team members and promote safety and policy adherence.
• Participate in weekend overtime on a rotating basis.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience with an AA degree or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Good attendance and self-motivation.
• Experience in medical device manufacturing and automation, including PLC wiring/control troubleshooting.

Additional Details
