Job summary

Exegistics is hiring Manufacturing Technicians (I, II, III) in Indianapolis, IN. Positions support production of composite molds, tooling, assemblies, and finished parts in a precision manufacturing environment. Entry-level and experienced candidates are welcome; strong mechanical aptitude and reading drawings are required.

1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available with overtime opportunities. Training provided; ITAR considerations apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, composites, or related work preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components using hand tools, adhesives, fasteners, and fabrication equipment.
• Perform bonding, laminating, vacuum bagging, curing, and tooling-related activities.
• Prepare molds and tooling for production.
• Read and follow technical drawings, work instructions, quality procedures, and manufacturing documentation.
• Operate production equipment and maintain accurate production records.
• Troubleshoot production and tooling issues while supporting continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
