Job summary

Applied Composites in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Manufacturing Technician on the 2nd shift (3:45pm–12:15am) to support aviation mold/tool production. The role requires attention to detail and ability to follow instructions, with overtime expected and occasional weekend work.

Responsibilities include assembling components, laminating, curing and mold preparation, while maintaining compliance with FAA standards and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma/GED or equivalent education and work experience.
• Entry level with about 1 year of relevant experience; proficient with electrical lab test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using fasteners, adhesives, sealants and standard tools.
• Perform product and tool build including bonding, potting inserts, curing and laminating.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow all quality procedures.
• Work nights/weekends as required and be available for overtime.
