The Industrial Maintenance Technician role is a full-time, on-site position located in Grabill, IN, available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems used in plastic and composite manufacturing. Daily tasks include performing preventive and predictive maintenance, responding to equipment breakdowns, documenting work performed, and collaborating with production teams to minimize downtime and improve safety and reliability. The technician will inspect machinery, replace or repair parts, perform basic fabrication when needed, and follow established maintenance schedules and procedures.
