Wire Belt is seeking an Entry-Level Manufacturing Technician – 1st Shift (6:00am-3:30pm) in Bedford, NH. No manufacturing experience is required—we’ll train the right person.

This full-time position includes paid training, excellent benefits, and a 9/80 schedule with potential three-day weekends. As a Manufacturing Technician I, you’ll learn to operate specialized equipment, assemble stainless-steel belts, follow procedures, inspect quality, and enter data into our system.

Qualifications

• No manufacturing experience required; we’ll train the right person.
• Must be able to follow instructions and pay attention to details.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate specialized manufacturing and forming equipment.
• Manually assemble stainless-steel conveyor belts and related products.
• Follow work instructions and production specifications.
• Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Enter basic work-order and production information into our computer system.
• Monitor equipment and report problems or unusual conditions.
• Help meet production, quality, delivery, and scrap-reduction goals.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
