Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work around production equipment.
• Able to safely perform light to moderate physical tasks.
• Associate degree in Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Electrical Technology, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience in appliance/HVAC/industrial manufacturing and reading wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot manufacturing, assembly, wiring, testing, and equipment-related issues.
• Support production operations involving turret press fabrication, press brake forming, tube bending, mechanical assembly, and electric wiring.
• Create and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and standard work.
• Support tooling, fixtures, test equipment, and production systems.
• Assist with equipment improvements, new product introductions, and engineering changes.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement activities.
• Work closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
