Wire Belt is seeking an Entry-Level Manufacturing Technician – 1st Shift (6:00am-3:30pm) in Bedford, NH. No manufacturing experience is required—we’ll train the right person.

This full-time position includes paid training, excellent benefits, and a 9/80 schedule with potential three-day weekends. As a Manufacturing Technician I, you’ll learn to operate specialized equipment, assemble stainless-steel belts, follow procedures, inspect quality, and enter data into our system.

Entry-Level Manufacturing Technician – 1st Shift (6:00am-3:30pm)
$17.00/hour | Bedford, NH | Full-Time | 9/80 Schedule
No manufacturing experience is required – we’ll train the right person.

This is a full-time, 1st-shift opportunity with paid training, excellent benefits, opportunities to learn and advance, and our 9/80 schedule, which often provides a three-day weekend every other week.

Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, but it is not required. We will train the right person to operate our equipment, assemble our products, perform quality checks, and become a successful member of our production team.

What You’ll Do

As a Manufacturing Technician I, you will:

• Work with teammates and supervisors to complete daily production needs.

You do not need to be an experienced manufacturing technician. We are looking for someone who:

• Can meet the physical requirements of the position, including standing, lifting, repetitive-motion, vision, and other requirements.

Work Location and Pre-Employment Requirements

This is an onsite position at our facility in Bedford, New Hampshire. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Bedford for their scheduled shifts.
