Job summary

Central States Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Technician for the 1st shift on a temporary basis. The position supports manufacturing, material handling, and quality activities across multiple production areas, following safety procedures to ensure efficient operations and high-quality outputs.

You will assist with machine setup, operate stations, and help with basic troubleshooting as needed. We value teamwork and continuous improvement, and you will help train new hires while ensuring

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing, production, material handling, and quality-related activities across multiple production areas.
• Adhere to standard work practices and safety procedures to ensure efficient operations and high-quality output.
• Assist with setup and operation of assigned workstations and basic troubleshooting as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and perform end-of-shift housekeeping duties.
• Train new hires on equipment, procedures, safety, and quality standards.
• Cross-train and perform duties in multiple production areas as needed.
