Job summary

Air Products in St. Louis, MO is seeking Manufacturing Technicians for Assembly and Spinning to support our expanding operations. You will follow safety policies, operate continuous process equipment, and handle raw materials while maintaining quality logs.

The role requires a high school diploma, reliable work history, and ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 2-3-2 rotation with a day or night shift. Night shift adds a differential of $1.50 per hour, starting at $26.55 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong reliability and commitment in work history.
• Experience in manufacturing or hands-on roles preferred.
• Familiarity with SOPs, safety protocols, or quality checks is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain attendance.
• General knowledge of Windows PC environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policy and PPE requirements.
• Operate continuous process equipment for manufacturing hollow fiber membranes.
• Handle raw materials and prepare batch mixtures.
• Measure and monitor process conditions to ensure product quality.
• Operate and maintain equipment to meet safety, quality, and productivity requirements.
• Maintain records such as product inspection and process monitoring logs.
