The position requires a high school diploma, 2-5 years in industrial manufacturing, data interpretation skills, and the ability to pass a background check. Night/day shifts with a competitive hourly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-5 years of practical industrial manufacturing experience or related education.
• Comfortable analyzing, interpreting, and communicating data and trends.
• Basic problem-solving skills.
• Pass a background check and have a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Sustain a preventative maintenance tooling program and drive reliability excellence.
• Aid in process improvements for tool design and reliability.
• Develop quick-change options for changeovers.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve process conditions to improve production or workflow.
• Develop, implement, and maintain overall tooling management organization.
• Implement tool recycle and maintenance processes.
• Attend engineering and management meetings, providing input and guidance.
• Dismantle equipment to remove and repair defective parts.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
